1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we handle your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers, including those using free content, free AI features, or free trials.

2. About Uniqcret and the Services

Uniqcret is a bilingual online educational platform created and operated by an individual Thai medical doctor and PhD candidate in Clinical Epidemiology (referred to as "Uniqcret", "we", "us", "our", or "the operator"). There is no registered company; the platform is run by an individual operator based in Thailand. Where we refer to "the operator", we mean this same individual (we/us), and we use that phrase mainly where the human, personal nature of the work is the point — for example, the operator personally reviews community submissions.

• A shop selling digital goods such as code, tools, automations, and "skills";

• A creative universe of stories, lore, music, and a hybrid manga-novel on the BookShelves.

Features described as "coming soon" or "planned" are not guaranteed. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not promise that any specific feature will be developed or kept available.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To register for an account or enter a paid subscription on your own, you must be at least 20 years old — the age of majority under the laws of Thailand — and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 20 (including any minor), you may use the Services only with the prior consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and who is responsible for your use of the Services and for any charges. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal. One account is for use by a single person; you may not share, sell, or transfer your account or login to others.
• Notify us promptly through the chat on the website if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or remove an account that contains false information or that is used in breach of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trials

Some parts of the Services require a paid subscription. Subscription plans are priced in Thai Baht (THB) and billed monthly. Current plans may include, for example:

The plans, prices, included features, and trial availability shown above are examples only; the exact terms for each plan, including whether a free trial applies and the current price, are shown at the point of sale (checkout) before you confirm your purchase. Please review them there.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle, and your chosen payment method will be charged the then-current price for the next month. Billing is handled by third-party payment processors via the website; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

The one-time book fee

The Voyager plan includes a one-time THB 499 book fee. This is a single charge, separate from and in addition to the monthly subscription fee, that grants you access to the associated book content within the creative universe on the BookShelves. As a digital item, the book fee is treated like other digital goods for refund purposes (see Section 5 and Section 6) and is generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Free trials

Some plans include a 7-day free trial; whether a trial applies to a given plan is shown at checkout. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly price. You may cancel during the trial at any time to avoid being charged. Free trials may be limited to one per person and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Taxes, fees, and price changes

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges, or fees imposed by your payment provider, which are your responsibility. We may change subscription prices or plan features from time to time; we will give you reasonable advance notice, and any price change will apply to your next renewal after the notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next cycle, but you will keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.

Because the Services consist of digital content and digital goods that are made available immediately, subscription fees and purchases of digital items are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the digital item has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we choose to offer one at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Thailand. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or if you were charged in error, please contact us through the chat on the website and we will review your request in good faith.

6. The Shop and Digital Goods

The shop sells digital goods such as code, tools, automations, and "skills". These items are delivered digitally — for example by download or by granting access — and there is no physical shipment.

When you purchase a digital item, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that item for your own lawful purposes. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, you may not:

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content from the Services by automated means;
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content beyond the limited licence granted in these Terms;
• Use any content (including articles, AI outputs, or tools) to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without our prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Services;
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, accounts, servers, or networks;
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of Uniqcret or any third party;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• ขูดข้อมูล (scrape) คลาน (crawl) เก็บเกี่ยว หรือดาวน์โหลดเนื้อหาจำนวนมากจากบริการด้วยวิธีอัตโนมัติ
• คัดลอก ทำซ้ำ หรือเผยแพร่ซ้ำเนื้อหาเกินกว่าสิทธิอย่างจำกัดที่ได้รับตามข้อกำหนดนี้
• ใช้เนื้อหาใด ๆ (รวมถึงบทความ ผลลัพธ์จาก AI หรือเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ) เพื่อฝึกหรือปรับแต่งระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์หรือการเรียนรู้ของเครื่องโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าจากเรา
• ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ ถอดรหัส แยกส่วนประกอบ หรือพยายามดึงซอร์สโค้ดหรือโมเดลเบื้องหลังของบริการ
• แทรกแซง รบกวน ทำให้ระบบโอเวอร์โหลด หรือพยายามเข้าถึงบริการ บัญชี เซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือเครือข่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• อัปโหลดหรือส่งมัลแวร์ ไวรัส หรือโค้ดที่เป็นอันตรายใด ๆ
• ละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ความเป็นส่วนตัว หรือสิทธิอื่นใดของ Uniqcret หรือบุคคลภายนอกใด ๆ
• แอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่น หรือแสดงข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จเกี่ยวกับความเกี่ยวข้องของคุณกับบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลใด

8. User Content and the Community

Logged-in users may submit posts and other content to the community. The operator personally reviews every submission and decides whether to approve, edit, categorise, publish, decline, or remove it. The operator is not obligated to publish any submission and may edit or remove content at any time at its discretion.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. We may, at our option, take over the defence of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with us in doing so.

• Language: These Terms are provided in Thai and English. We aim for the two versions to have the same meaning; if there is any conflict between them, the Thai version prevails, consistent with the laws of Thailand.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Thailand.
